Delivery / Returns
For delivery to the mainland for smaller items boxed for example lamps etc we will deliver via Seur or DHL with fast delivery with a tracking number, delivery is normally 2-3 days, For bigger items like chairs and tables we have our own transporter who will deliver to the mainland every two weeks so delivery times for items in stock will be anywhere from 2-20 days depending where the transporter is and how far they have to travel to deliver. Please contact us for more information.
When the items arrive please check it over straight away especially if the transporter has delivered it,
If there is any damage you must report it to us and the transporter straight away so he can take it with him, this will save you time and money on returning us the goods at a later date, failure to do this will be the customers responsibility to return the goods at there own expense if they state that the goods are damaged on delivery, so please inspect the goods when they arrive.
Our delivery times for items in stock vary, here in Ibiza delivery is free if needed and when you have bought the item and we have received the money, it is possible that we will deliver it straight away or maybe the following day depending on the item and depending on the size and on what is agreed at the time. We will do our best.
Delivery prices will be stated for single items on our web page but for multiple items please contact us so we can make you the best price possible
Please note for people living in Ibiza there will be no charge for delivery on smaller items like lamps or chairs there may how ever be an extra charge for bigger items for example beds etc as we will need extra help for delivery, but this can be discussed at the time of purchase.
For returns as mentioned as before if the transporter delivers the item please check over the furniture straight away to make sure the item has not been damaged in transport, failure to do so will mean that it will be the customers responsibility to return the furniture at there own expense for replacement piece.
If the goods have been delivered in a box via DHL or Seur the customer will have 7 days from arrival to check over the goods and report any damage or replacement needed, after this period failure to report damaged goods from the delivery will be the customers responsibility and we will not be held accountable.
